What does it cost?
There is one off establishment fee for setting up your body corps website of $350.00.This fee includes
establishment of your site,the loading of your key documents onto your site and initial one on one training
if required.
The subscription fee is $50.00 a month or $480.00 per anum billed at the commencement of the relevant
period.
The standard subscription fee provides three admin users,this would normally be the chair,the vice chair
and the building manager. Additional users can be added at a cost of $5.00 a month if required.
What is the process once we sign up?
We'll set up your buildings and the roles they require. Once you're chairman has received their new role notification
they will be required to login and accept the terms and conditions so you can start using BCVault.
We will email you a list of ten key documents that we will load onto the system for you so that you get
maximum value from your site from day one. They will include such things as emails, Safety Policy, last
Chairmans Report, last AGM etc.
How long does it take?
Once we have the information it will no more than 5 working days to have your data entered onto your site.
What do I have to do?
Apart from providing us with the information nothing else is required.
Does it require much skill to use?
Vault has been designed to be very simple to operate.We are conscious that people filling the roles within individual
body corps vary widely in regard to backgrounds and skill sets.
We have included video guides which cover each section of BCVault. These can be found in the main navigation under Tutorials.
If we feel we do need some additional training is it available?
If you feel additional training is required we can have an instructor visit you on
site for both individual and group training. The cost is our standard $ 75.00/hour.
Is there a minimum subscription term?
There is an initial minimum subscription term of 12 months thereafter you can cancel at any time.
How do we cancel?
Simply email us and your current month will be your last payment. There is no cancellation fee.
If we unsubscribe are we able to recover our data?
At the end of your last paid month you will retain access to your site for another 3 months giving you ample time to download any content you require.
We will then archive your site. Please note that if you should wish to reactivate your site there would be no restablishment fee.
If I use the bc email address will I be notified of body corp emails on my personal email?
Yes, part of the information we require is the email addresses of the bc officers using the site. Once received we will set up the notification of BC mail
received on your designated email address. This would usually be BM, Chair and Vicechair, however if more than 3 are required we can add more at a cost of an
additional $5.00/month.
How do we change email notifications when there is a personal change?
Simply contact us and we will re assign the role to the new personal.
Who can view data on my bc email.
Only the user with the allocated bc email can view that information. However a basic tenet of Vault is that information pertaining to your BC cannot be lost.
Each user has a specific role, e.g. chair, vicechair, building manager. When these roles within your body corp change the new person allocated that function will
be able to access past emails.
Can anyone see my personal email data.
Roles are assigned to users which come with a role specific email address. As users leave their roles they need to be reassigned along with the role email and
history to prevent losing important communications.
Is there a support desk. If I have an issue with opperating our site can I get help?
Yes if in the unlikley event you have a problem you are unable to resolve then text us and a support person will be in contact within one working day.
Is my data secure.
BCVault ltd is hosted in NZ on a secure domain, all communications are encrypted and we follow the best security practices to keep your data safe and secure.
